Twelve decisions.
Twelve months.

Retirement isn't one decision you make and then live with. It's a different question every month, for twenty years — and most of them arrive with no warning and no reminder. This is the schedule. Every month there's a briefing, a tool, and a live call where we work through it together.

This month · January

Where do I actually stand?

Net worth, real spending, and the one ratio the whole year turns on.

The whole year

All twelve are available right now — read any of them, in any order, and use the tool that goes with it. Free, no account, and nothing you type into a tool is saved or sent anywhere.

How did the year go?
Close every open item, then look back at the decisions rather than the balance.

The monthly call

One hour, once a month, walking through that month's decision together. Open to anyone — you don't have to be a client.

We work the month's tool together, on screen

I teach the topic for about fifteen minutes, then spend the rest of the hour on questions. Submitted questions get answered first, so if you'd rather not ask live, send it ahead. Every call is recorded and posted to the library afterward.

The toolbox

Outside the calendar — the questions that show up on their own schedule. A pension election lands on your desk. A mortgage question won't leave you alone.

Want someone to run your actual numbers?

The tools here are the same ones I use. What they can't do is look at your specific situation and tell you which of the twelve matters most for you. That's a conversation, and it's free.
